Squeeze the dropper, it will fill up with 0.5ml of oil (which is half a daily dose). Drop oil under the tongue, hold for 45-60 seconds until absorbed and then swallow. Repeat these steps to take another 0.5ml, now you will have your recommended daily dose (1ml in total).
